1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
